Excerpts from the Programme: (2) Class Struggle or Death? and (3) World Communist Party
of capitals will, which will be divided tomorrow and re-established into
hostile classes by the future planetary crisis to come. No human beings in
that humanity and no humanity against that inhumanity.
Republicanism, humanism, and
romanticism have always been at the root of bloody defeats and disillusioned
futures. Their remnants are eradicated. The Declaration of the Rights of Man
and of the Citizen is trampled underfoot. To their bourgeois morality—a
morality designed to keep the proletariat under the yoke—to their hypocritical
Judeo-Christian proclamations about the sanctity of human life, the
revolutionary movement answers their morality with the ferocious passion of
uprooting, once and for all, the exploitation of man by man." Capital is a crime against humanity!
The ruin of bourgeois “civilization” is not merely encouraged; it is savagely
orchestrated.
2. Class
Struggle or Death?
2.1. Crisis and Proletarian
Awakening
At the zenith of capitalist
expansion, the global crisis ruptures the rhythm of valorisation, shattering
the fragile glass of social peace. The apathy of the masses is swept away
as prosperity withers, leaving the reformist promises of trade unions like ash
in the wind. As the old mediators fail, a raw dissatisfaction ignites into
revolutionary fire, incinerating the illusions of compromise. From the ruins
of the factory floor, spontaneous struggles erupt—not merely for bread or
hours, but as a total rejection of the "rights" to work or house that
only serve to polish the chains of exploitation. National loyalties dissolve;
the struggle spills into the streets in a surge of sabotage and confrontation,
a defiant roar against the hollow altars of democracy and the nation-state.
2.2.
Universal Soul of Struggle
An uncontainable flood of despair
bursts from the subterranean depths of bourgeois society, carrying within its
currents a universal spirit of liberation. These chaotic tremors
polarize the social fabric, ionizing every bond and charging the atmosphere for
that final, explosive lightning strike between the proletariat and Capital.
2.3.
Capital’s Reactionary Response
At the reactionary pole, the masters
of industry and their democratic acolytes huddle together, their masks of
"progress" falling away to reveal a unified front of preservation. To
save their dying order, they demand a holocaust of the proletariat. War,
once a local fever, now escalates into the shadow of a global conflagration—a
carnage prepared in silence and wrapped in the shroud of "peace,"
designed to liquidate the proletariat before it can find its sword.
2.4. The
State’s Totalitarian Face
The democratic state discards its
velvet glove to reveal a totalitarian iron fist. Drowning the illusions
of the pacifist in the blood of the worker, the state unleashes its terroristic
soul. Yet, this violence does not stifle the spirit; it acts as a forge. Like
the martyrs of 1905, the proletariat is tempered by this cruelty, radicalized
by the very terror intended to bury it.
The world is cleaved in two. Society
splits into hostile camps locked in a mortal embrace. The proletariat
stands at a precipice: to be consumed by the violence of Capital or to rise in
the glory of combat. The crisis has sharpened the lines of history into a
blade.
2.6.
Consciousness of Revolution
Within the heart of the class, the
instinct of survival matures into the clarity of purpose. The weight of
oppression, once a burden, becomes the catalyst that shatters the gloom of
despair. A certainty takes root: the end of Capital is at hand. The horizon
turns blood-red—not with the carnage of war, but with the crimson flags of
1848, signalling the dawn of a new world.
2.7. The
Communist Party’s Reformation
The vanguard of this subversion now
faces its destiny: to unify the scattered fires into a single, central sun. The
Communist and World Party rises once more, as written in the timeless
program of the human spirit. By constituting itself as a class-for-itself
amidst the catastrophe, the proletariat forces the hand of history. It presents
the world with its final choice: a global war to resurrect the corpse of
Capital, or a world communist revolution to bury it forever.
The World Communist Party
does not merely appear; it erupts. It is the mediate product of a tormented,
broken history and the immediate child of Capital’s death-rattling crisis. It
does not seek to heal the wounds of the bourgeois world but to deepen them,
driving a stake through the heart of the capitalist mode of production.
Rejecting the "civilized" masks of reformism, the Party identifies
itself as an existential threat to the old world. From its first breath,
it is illegal, uncivilised, and defiant, standing firm against the storm of
reactionary forces that rally under the hollow banner of "pure
democracy."
The Party is the sole architect
of the upheaval. It is the indispensable organ for forecasting the storm,
directing the lightning of class struggle, and organizing the shattering of
bourgeois society to clear the path for communism. It declares plainly:
whoever is not with us is against us.
The Party breathes life into the ghosts
of 1848, 1871, 1905, and 1917. It excavates the hard-won lessons from the
ruins of past Internationals and transmutes ancient failures into future
foresight. It charts the dialectical path with cold, unwavering precision:
transforming crisis into revolution, turning imperialist war into civil war,
and erecting the dictatorship of the proletariat as the bridge from the
darkness of the present to the dawn of higher communism.
3.4. Fusion
of Spontaneity and Program
Here, the raw, instinctual fire of
the masses meets the cold steel of the Communist Program. Theory is no
longer a ghost in books; it becomes a material hammer, wielded by the
subversive multitudes. In this fusion, the meaning of praxis is reversed: the
word becomes flesh, and the idea becomes an unstoppable force of nature.
In the grit of daily battles and the pursuit of immediate needs, the Party remains the guardian of the horizon. It refuses to sell the future for a mess of pottage. While others are blinded by fleeting successes, the Party stands apart, possessing the "vantage of the heights"—an uncompromising understanding of the history, the course, and the inevitable outcome of the class war.
3.6. Global
Revolutionary Guidance
The era of borders is dead; the era
of the World Party has begun. The Party steers local ripples into a universal
tidal wave of emancipation. In a world where Capital has levelled all
nations into a single, global marketplace of exploitation, the "national
struggle" is a trap and a corpse. There are no "progressive"
alliances with the peasantry or the bourgeoisie. The urban worker and the
agricultural labourer are brothers-in-arms; the farmer is a proprietor to be
overcome. The struggle is pure, concentrated, and immediate—forming its core in
the very belly of the beast, the citadels of capital—to strike at the
centre of global power without delay, beginning the movement that must
embrace the world or perish.
3.7.
Knowledge and Prefiguration
The Party is the solver of
enigmas, the keeper of the "life plan" for the human species. It
is more than an organization; it is a prefiguration of the future. Within its
ranks, the mode of being of a classless society is already taking root—a
sanctuary of peace and purpose for the warrior engaged in the total war against
Capital.
The Party is a monolith of
structure and passion. It rejects the chaotic "democracy" of
discussion, debate, and voting—those bourgeois toys of delay and betrayal. It
is governed by Organic Centralism: an invariant program, a hierarchical
unity, and a sacred anonymity. There is no room for the cult of personality or
the rot of careerism. Every militant is a cell in a single organism, submitting
unconditionally to the central directive, ensuring that the Party moves as one
blade, cutting through the illusions of the age.
The Party nurtures a revolutionary
mysticism. It is the guide for those who are willing to fight, to fall, and
to sacrifice without the joy of seeing the victory with their own eyes. It
carries the weight of a mission: a vengeful war of the human against the
"non-human" structures of Capital, a gift of liberation given by the
dead to the generations yet unborn.
3.10. Class
Struggle as Exclusive Terrain
The Party marches on one road alone:
the blood-stained terrain of class war. It chokes off the detours of
reform and the dead-ends of compromise. It transforms the silent despair of the
wage-slave into the loud, violent drive for abolition. It ensures that no
"intermediate" shadow dilutes the purity of the struggle, channelling
every ounce of proletarian energy toward the final, decisive strike.
